This role offers a pay range of $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience; please discuss this with your recruiter.

Job Description
  • Work 1:1 with patients in home, school, and community settings.
  • Implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBAs' guidance and prepare program materials across various domains such as toilet training, communication, social skills, and adaptive living skills.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes using data collection software.
  • Review and follow consultation and supervision notes.
  • Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with BCBAs, colleagues, and families regarding learner progress.
  • Track supervision hours and renew RBT certification annually to maintain credentials.
  • Adhere to BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA policies.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent patient care.
  • Follow Headway ABA policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must have RBT certification or be willing to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
  • High School Diploma required; relevant college coursework preferred.
  • Desire to work with children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Commitment to becoming and remaining certified as an RBT.
  • Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance are required.
