Job Details

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $27.00/hr

We are seeking Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team at Headway ABA!

Responsibilities
  1. Work 1:1 with patients in various settings such as home, school, and community.
  2. Implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBAs' guidance and prepare program materials.
  3. Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes using data collection software.
  4. Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.
  5. Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings.
  6. Communicate effectively with BCBAs, colleagues, and families regarding learner's progress.
  7. Track supervision hours and maintain RBT certification as required by regulations.
  8. Adhere to ethical standards, HIPAA policies, and company policies.
  9. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure quality patient care.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Must have RBT certification or be willing to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
  2. High School Diploma; relevant college coursework is preferred.
  3. Desire to work with children, experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus.
  4. Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance are required.
  5. Commitment to maintaining RBT certification.
