Now Hiring: Passionate Behavior Technician or RBT – $35–$40/hour | Urgent Case 1:1 behavior respite in Discovery Bay, CA

Company: ABA SHINE Position: Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: home-based, Bay Discovery Bay Compensation: $35–$40 per hour Shifts: part-time Shift needed 15 hours a week. 3:00 PM -7 PM or 8 PM based on the client's needs every Tuesday and Thursday, and needs help on the weekends if possible.

About the Case: We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for a sweet young adult male. The position involves helping with hygiene and showers. The client is very sweet and has behavioral concerns. Very easy redirect and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision

Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA

Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior

Accurately document session notes and incident reports

Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team

Requirements:

RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention

Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely

Male candidates are preferred due to the client’s specific needs

Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes
