FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. in Downey, CA seeks a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 2–13 with autism.

No ABA experience required; we will teach you the clinical skills and cover your RBT certification, supporting your growth every step of the way. In this role you’ll join a program offering clear paths for development, with entry pay of $23–$25/hr depending on experience, and multiple growth opportunities through the Instructor Development Bundle and direct clinical

Health & Safety Requirements

• Childhood vaccinations (MMR and Varicella) and a non-reactive TB test
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors or child-sized furniture, and move quickly from a seated position to a running stance
