Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work full-time in Minnesota. You will conduct 1:1 sessions using ABA principles, document progress, and support skill development for children on the autism spectrum. Paid training aims to certify as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

No prior behavioral health experience is required; the team emphasizes growth, collaboration, and a supportive environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Promote development of communication and independence skills.
• Document progress and client responses during sessions.
• Engage children in activities to meet target goals from treatment plans.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
