Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum through ABA-based programming and progress documentation. No prior behavioral health experience is required; paid training to become an RBT is provided, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

You will work 1:1 with clients, implementing treatment plans, and helping develop communication and independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Caravel is looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs)!

At Caravel, our BTs change lives daily. We utilize a results-oriented approach based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) to assess how clients interact with their environment and respond to social cues, and you’ll play a crucial part in helping build skills and document progress. You’ll start your day playing and encouraging little learners, all while incorporating targets from each client’s individualized treatment plan and promoting the development of essential skills. Requirements

• Availability to work full-time between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Centers are open periodically on Saturdays for make-up client sessions.)
