Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. Our BTs are vital team members—delivering one-on-one specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes
  • Support BCBA in training families on treatment plan implementation
  • Respond to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors
  • Maintain clear communication with all parties
  • Physically engage with clients, involving activities like standing, sitting, lifting (25+ pounds), running, and more, suitable for children aged 2-15
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by BCBA or LBA
Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle confidential information effectively
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Salary range: $16-$22 per hour
