Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing clinician-owned ABA therapy agency delivering in-home and center services for children with autism in the West Nyack area. We’re seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision and to participate in ongoing staff training.

Work takes place in clients' homes, with weekday afternoon to evening hours (3–8pm) and some weekends. Competitive pay and strong career advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing related education.
• Experience collaborating with supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.

• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About the Position

Location: West Nyack, NY

Schedule: Cases available in the afternoon, from 3-8pm Monday to Friday and some weekends (Home Service)
