Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support children with diverse learning needs at Townsend Elementary in Walton, NY. You will work under a BCBA to provide direct 1:1 in-person ABA therapy, with emphasis on classroom support during school hours.

The role requires implementing BIPs, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Strong communication, crisis management, and a related bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Service: Direct 1:1 in-person support
• School hours: 8:05 a.m.-2:45 p.m.
• Support Hours needed: 2 hours per school day
• Schedule: The exact 2-hour service window is flexible within the school day, as the student's needs occur across different settings

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
