Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and independence in a center-based setting with various schedules.

Eligible candidates have a HS diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; the job offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth within our 20+ year-old agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical requirements may include standing, sitting, lifting and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
