Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans and engaging with children to support developmental goals.

Candidates should have a HS Diploma/GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Physical endurance for long periods standing/sitting and active engagement with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized plans.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and data collection as directed.
• Contribute to a supportive, compassionate learning environment for children.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
