Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children to carry out individualized treatment plans.

Minimum requirements include a HS diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience is preferred. Center-based opportunities with various schedules are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical demands may include standing, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized treatment plans.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience And Education
