Job summary

MeBe Family is seeking a Behavior Technician Support Specialist to mentor and coach RBTs while working directly with clients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role requires full-time availability Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, valid driver’s license, and ongoing compliance with regional certifications. You’ll contribute to a collaborative team that values compassion and high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Requires high school diploma.
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a BT (does not have to be with MeBe).
  • Consistent full time availability from Monday through Friday.
  • Must be available at least 2 Saturdays per month.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Background Check.
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of clients not limited to clients with severe maladaptive behaviors.
  • Must maintain minimal cancellations, consistent session conversion record, and have no disciplinary actions within last 12 months.
  • Must maintain all certifications required for their region (RBT, CBT, CPR/BLS).

Responsibilities

  • Act as a MeBe ambassador by being a mentor, coach and model for RBTs.
  • Work directly with clients for the majority of your workweek.
  • Perform BTSS duties as needed based on the number of incoming new hires each month.
  • Conduct test outs for specific regions as needed (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
  • Conduct weekly follow ups with BTs ensuring completion of Payor Specific requirements, including but not limited to RBT sign up, RBT exam completion, CPR sign up, etc.
  • Coordinate 15-30 minute check-meetings with all new hires at 2 weeks, 30, 60, and 90 days of employment.
