Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking caring individuals for part-time roles to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will collaborate with families, record session data, and support behavior goals using evidence-based interventions within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.
• Need to Know: Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community based locations.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• All positions start off part time.
• Required to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Paid training offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
