Heartland ABA is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in Kansas. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, collect data, and support families to enhance treatment effectiveness.

No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. This role offers flexible, part-time hours ideal for students and individuals seeking meaningful work with children who have autism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
