Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking motivated individuals to join our team to empower children with Autism to reach their full potential. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support independence, and use evidence-based interventions in clients' homes or community settings.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; all positions start part-time with flexible afternoon/evening hours to fit student schedules. Training includes the 40-hour RBT course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment.
• All positions start off part time.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support independence and positive behavior as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
