Job summary

Childwise ABA in Rocky River, Ohio, is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.

No experience is required; paid training is provided and RBT certification is supported. The role emphasizes data collection, following BCBA plans, and helping kids develop daily living skills.

Hours are full-time with a typical schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience required to become a Behavior Technician (BT).
• Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism.
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data.
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs.
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence.
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors.
