Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Liberty, MO is seeking caring individuals to work 1-on-1 with young children who have autism. You will help them develop communication, independence, play, and social skills in a supportive, playful setting.

No ABA experience? We’ll teach you the ropes; you can join our team with heart and a willingness to learn. A BCBA path is supported through our scholarship program and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days.
• Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical readiness for the role: lifting up to 35 pounds and moving with children.

Responsibilities

• You'll work and play 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have autism, helping them build skills like communication, independence, play, and social connection.
• Use play, connection, and ABA Therapy to help children learn and grow
• Celebrate and document progress, big and small
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
• Get a pay raise in your first 45 days by getting your RBT Certification (nationally recognized!)
