Behavioral Framework NC LLC is seeking a dedicated RBT-ready clinician for our Boone, NC clinic. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA-designed protocols, implement behavior interventions, and track progress with data while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Holds RBT certification in good standing or is actively pursuing it.
• High school diploma required; experience with children preferred.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain RBT credential and follow BCBA protocols.

• Implement a personalized behavior intervention plan with positive reinforcement and repetition.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed protocols.
• Collect and graph daily data, and write objective session notes per standards.
• Receive ongoing supervision and feedback from the BCBA/manager.
• Communicate progress with BCBA, parents, and caregivers; assist with caregiver training as directed.
• Follow company procedures, regulatory requirements, data handling and HIPAA.
