Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while supporting children's development.
Technicians deliver individualized ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, following clinical guidance and ensuring safety, data collection, and timely documentation. Evening hours and flexible scheduling may apply.
Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while developing skills for a career in behavioral services.
Behavior Technicians provide direct, individualized support to children and their families by implementing ABA treatment programs under the direction of a clinical team. Services focus on developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavioral outcomes and greater independence. Services are primarily provided in clients' homes and community‑based settings based on individualized treatment needs. Most sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with scheduling flexibility based on client needs and employee availability.
Pay Range: $22–$30 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for bilingual Spanish‑speaking applicants.

Behavior Technicians may qualify for additional hourly increases based on continued availability and professional development:
We recognize that last‑minute cancellations can impact technician schedules and earnings. To help protect our staff's time, technicians may receive up to 2 hours of paid cancellation time when a client cancels within 30 minutes of the scheduled session start time and/or after the technician has already departed for the session. Ad Astra also monitors recurring or excessive client cancellations and works to address scheduling concerns in an effort to support stable and consistent technician hours.
