Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide ABA services to children in homes and community settings, delivering individualized treatment programs under clinical supervision.
Sessions are typically in the late afternoon to early evening, with opportunities for bilingual compensation. Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a current TB test.
Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking motivated, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain practical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and develop a foundation for a career in behavioral health and child services.
Behavior Technicians provide direct support to children and families by implementing individualized ABA treatment programs under the guidance of the clinical team. Through structured, evidence-based interventions, technicians help clients strengthen communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavioral outcomes and greater independence.
Services are provided primarily in clients' homes and community-based environments according to individual treatment needs. Typical sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with flexibility based on client needs and employee availability.
Compensation: $20–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants.
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and become an important member of their treatment team. Responsibilities include:

Behavior Technicians may qualify for additional hourly increases based on continued availability and professional development:
We understand that last‑minute client cancellations can affect technician schedules and earnings. To help protect our staff's time, paid cancellation time of up to 2 hours may be provided when a client cancels within 30 minutes of the scheduled session start time and/or after the technician has already departed for the session. Ad Astra also monitors recurring or excessive client cancellations and works to address scheduling concerns in an effort to support consistent and dependable technician hours.
