Finni is looking for a part-time BT/RBT in the Erwin/Telford, TN area!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement in-home ABA care. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach milestones.

Responsibilities

1. Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home and community settings
2. Collect and record data on child behaviors
3. Attend weekly supervision sessions with the Behavior Analyst
4. Participate in team meetings

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; candidates interested in a career in this field are preferred
• Experience working with children, especially with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR certification
• Willingness to become RBT certified within a specified timeframe

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
• Ability to sit or stand for long durations

Job Details

• Type: Part-time
• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Benefits: Dental, health, and vision insurance; paid time off
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1pm-6:30pm
