Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
- Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions and create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments
- Collaborate daily with your clinical team
- Work actively on your feet, on the floor, and engage with children throughout the day; lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days (paid training provided)
- Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
Schedule and Pay
- Consistent schedule, stable hours—designed to reduce cancellations and gaps in your day
- No weekends; Monday to Friday schedule
- Full‑time roles: 8:00 am–3:30 pm or 11:00 am–6:30 pm; part‑time roles: flexible scheduling based on availability and clinic needs
- Services delivered across clinic, home, and community settings with strong clinic‑based support
Career Path
- Four‑level RBT career path with structured opportunities for growth, promotion, and increased earnings
- Clear progression from Behavior Technician → Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) → Senior RBT → Lead RBT
- Promotional opportunities reviewed twice per year based on demonstrated skill and competency growth
- Structured Fieldwork Program with 1:1 BCBA mentorship and up to $15,000 incentive opportunity tied to successful completion of the Fieldwork Program and BCBA readiness milestones
