Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings under BCBA supervision. You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role includes implementing individualized behavior plans, data collection, session documentation, and travel between clinics and client homes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities
