Job summary

Learning Path ABA Services LLC in Michigan is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. No RBT certification required, we will train the right candidate.

Ideal candidates are dependable, compassionate, eager to learn, and comfortable working with kids. Training, supervision, and ongoing feedback are provided to develop clinical skills and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet applicable RBT/BT and payer requirements.
• Ability to complete required training and competencies.
• Ability to safely participate in the physical components of working with children.
• RBT certification is a plus, but certification is not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data throughout therapy sessions.
• Use reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
• Communicate professionally with BCBAs, leadership, coworkers, and caregivers.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and engaging therapy environment.
