Job summary

A new early intervention center in Woburn, MA, is looking for Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children under 6 years old. First Steps Developmental Services is a new center-based early intervention ABA program opening in Woburn, MA. We specialize in helping children ages 6 and under build communication, social, and independence skills through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. We’re looking for energetic and caring Behavior Technicians to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to children ages 6 and under in a fun, supportive environment
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Use play-based teaching to develop communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Receive regular training, feedback, and career development opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

• Passion for working with children and making a lasting difference
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Experience with children, especially in special education or childcare (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and follow treatment plans consistently
• Ability to kneel, squat, lift up to 30 lbs, and engage in active play
• Must pass a background check

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, flexible start/end times between 8:00am–5:00pm
• No nights or weekends
