Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavioral intervention plans, conducting behavior analysis, and working closely with clients to meet their specific needs. Daily tasks include data collection, assisting with individual therapy sessions, communicating with other healthcare professionals, and providing support to both clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Proficiency in Communication and Behavioral Intervention
• Background in Psychology
• Strong observational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
