Job summary

CHOP - Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 2–6, delivering one‑on‑one ABA therapy in a center setting and supporting families with progress updates. Training pathways help you earn and maintain an RBT credential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BACB attestation for RBT certification may be used.
• Bachelor’s degree program enrollment or completion preferred in child development, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with children is preferred, including childcare, daycare, caregiving, paraprofessional, direct support, or behavioral health.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, teamwork, and comfort using computers/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one, play‑based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s‑level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a supported clinical environment.
