Job summary

CHOP - Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children ages 2–6 with autism in a center-based ABA program. You will implement play-based strategies and help children learn communication and social skills under clinician guidance.

Ideal candidates have experience with children and a willingness to obtain RBT certification. The role offers paid training, a collaborative team, and opportunities for growth within CHOP - Soar's multidisciplinary programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
