CHOP - Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 2–6, delivering one‑on‑one ABA therapy in a center setting and supporting families with progress updates. Training pathways help you earn and maintain an RBT credential.

At CHOP - Soar Autism Center, Behavior Technicians help children ages 2–6 with autism learn, communicate, and grow through play. Our care is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play‑based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is a great early career opportunity to build hands‑on experience in psychology and child development while making a meaningful impact every day.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping children grow and may come from childcare, daycare, paraprofessional, direct support, behavioral health, education, or caregiving backgrounds.
No RBT certification? We provide paid training and support you in earning and maintaining your credential. CHOP-Soar’s RBT career progression program, CHOP-Soar to New Heights, creates opportunities for raises and promotions every 3 months as you build your skills. Team members can advance through multiple RBT levels and explore longer‑term paths in behavior analysis, psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, training, operations, and other behavioral health careers.
CHOP - Soar Autism Center is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds and protected characteristics.
