Helping Hands Family in Suitland, MD is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver personalized ABA therapy to children with autism. You will support development through play-based approaches, under BCBA supervision, across clinics, home, or community settings.

Responsibilities include direct care, teaching daily living skills, and collecting behavior data while collaborating with the team to track progress. Competitive benefits accompany a structured RBT training path.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; human services degree preferred.
• Ability to work with children and perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.

We're looking for someone with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
