Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will deliver 1-on-1 care in clinics, homes, or community settings and implement sessions designed by a BCBA to promote developmental milestones.

You’ll collect behavior data, collaborate with the team, and receive comprehensive RBT training and exam preparation. The role includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within HHF.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in human services preferred.
  • Comfort working with children.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with families.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

We’re Looking for Someone With:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
  • Comfort working with children.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$18—$19 USD
