Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism across clinics, homes, and community settings. You will follow therapy plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees in human services preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, running and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clinics, homes, or community sites.
• Willingness to complete HHF RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide 1‑on‑1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child’s progress.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company‑provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
