Job Responsibilities
- Providedirect, one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children withautism.
- Implementindividualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of aBCBA.
- Utilizeevidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily livingskills.
- Accuratelycollect and record data to track client progress.
- Adaptto challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Certification: RBT certification or RBAI license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months working as an RBT/RBAI.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in a relatedfield is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and adaptability.
- PhysicalRequirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs., frequent bending, twisting, andkneeling.
- AdditionalRequirements: CPR certification (or ability to obtain), valid driver’slicense, andpersonal auto insurance.
- ReliableTransportation: Must have dependable transportation to travel toclient locations.
- TechnologySkills: Proficiency in using technology, including email, scanning,and document handling.
- Attentionto Detail: Strong spelling and written communication skills.
- BackgroundCheck: Must pass a pre-employment background screening.
Compensation
Compensation for this role falls within this range and isdetermined by factors such as experience, skills, job performance, and tenure.This range represents the potential earnings for the position but does notguarantee that all employees are paid either the highest or lowest amount.
