Advocates in Worcester, Massachusetts, is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement applied behavior analysis educational programs for clients aged 1 to 22. This role involves working in the home, ABA Center, and community under clinical supervision. You will assist in treatment plans, collect data, and promote client independence.
We require a high school diploma/GED, with a preference for a Bachelor’s or RBT credential. Flexible hours are available, and Advocates values diversity and inclusion in the community.
$22-$26/hour
The Behavior Technician is responsible for the implementation of applied behavior analysis educational and treatment programs with individual clients aged 1 to 22 in their home, ABA Center, and within the community, under the direction of the clinical team. A Behavior Analyst will directly supervise the treatment and offer support in implementing the strategies to promote independence across a variety of functional skills. Collect data as prescribed by the Behavior Analyst using a variety of measurement systems and participate in data management. The Behavior Technician participates as a member of client treatment team. We will pay for you to obtain RBT certification for this position.
High School Diploma/GED
Monday-Friday with flexible hours depending on the needs of the family with occasional needs for evenings and weekends.
