Job summary

Strides ABA in Passaic County, New Jersey, seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycare centers, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data on progress, and collaborate closely with the BCBA to support each child's learning and safety.

A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Clean background check required for working with children.

Responsibilities
