Strides ABA in Morris County, New Jersey, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home or daycare settings. You will collaborate with a BCBA to implement tailored ABA programs, collect data, and monitor progress in a supportive environment.

You must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and have reliable transportation for community visits. HIPAA compliance and child-safety duties are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities.
