Job summary

BlueSprig seeks compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in center-based or home-based settings. You will teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills, and work one-on-one or in small groups to support progress.

Training is provided, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for professional development. A positive, collaborative team culture and pathways for growth are emphasized within a nationwide network of centers.

Qualifications

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
