Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in center-based and/or home-based settings. You will teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills, working one-on-one or in small groups to track progress and adapt treatment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
