Job summary

Vibrant ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician in Garner, NC, to provide meaningful 1:1 ABA therapy to children. The role requires implementing individualized behavior plans and supporting skill development in a supportive environment.

The Role: Where Learning Meets Impact

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one‑on‑one with a child in their home, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful, hands‑on role where you will directly support skill development and positive behavior change. You will be supported by experienced supervisors and receive ongoing guidance as you build your skills in the field. Sessions take place in the community or client homes. Cases are assigned as close to your home as possible. After‑school availability required; weekends a plus.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel locally

Preferred Experience

Experience working with children in any setting such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare. ABA experience preferred.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $22‑$30. Final rate is based on experience, availability, and overall fit.
