Job summary

Vibrant ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout the Bronx, NY. You will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA and collaborating with families and a clinical team.

Behavior Technician

Paid Training | $21-$25/hour | In-Home ABA Services | Bronx, NY. Vibrant ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout the Bronx, NY. About The Role

As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. You will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working closely with families and receiving ongoing supervision from our clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout the Bronx
• After-school and/or weekend availability preferred

RBT Candidates Encouraged to Apply

• RBT credential preferred, but not required to apply
• Paid training and onboarding provided
• Support available toward RBT certification
• Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
