Instructional ABA Consultants is seeking a Behavior Therapist Intern for part-time, minimum 6 months, in Oak Lawn, IL. The role provides hands-on ABA therapy experience with supervision from a BCBA. Shifts run daytime/evening, with one weekend day required, in-person at the clinic and home visits.

Pay starts at $17/hr pre-certification, rising to $19–$21/hr once RBT certified, plus a $150 sign-on bonus after 3 months. Training, data tasks, and strict HIPAA compliance are required.

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy in a clinical setting.

Pay

• $19-21/hr for client sessions and office work once RBT certified
• $17/hr for training, modules, office work, and client sessions (pre-certification)

About The Role
Instructional ABA Consultants is seeking motivated interns to provide one-on-one support to children with Autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This part-time role offers hands‑on experience and is ideal for students or recent graduates in psychology, education, or a related field.
Schedule
Daytime and Evening shifts (3:00-7:30 PM); one weekend day required, In‑Person Only (clinic and in-home sessions)
Key Responsibilities
