Job summary

Instructional ABA Consultants is offering a Behavior Therapist Internship in Oak Lawn, IL, with daytime and evening shifts. This part-time role provides hands-on ABA experience under BCBA supervision, ideal for students or recent graduates in psychology, education, or related fields.

You will support one-on-one client sessions, collect data, attend trainings, and adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards. Compensation ranges per hour with a $150 sign-on bonus after 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (paid or volunteer)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Ideal for students pursuing a degree in psychology, education, or behavior analysis

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy in a clinical setting
• Follow treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and report session data within 24 hours
• Attend training sessions and maintain communication with your BCBA
• Follow all ethical standards and HIPAA regulations
