Job summary

Instructional ABA Consultants is seeking motivated interns to provide one-on-one support to children with Autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This part-time role offers hands-on experience and is ideal for students or recent graduates in psychology, education, or a related field.

Shifts run daytime and evenings (3:00-7:30 PM) with one weekend day; in-person sessions in clinic and in-home. Supervisory BCBA guidance ensures compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children (paid or volunteer) preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy in a clinical setting.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and report session data within 24 hours.
• Attend training sessions and maintain communication with your BCBA.
• Follow all ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

Part-time | Minimum 6-month commitment

Pay

• $19-21/hr for client sessions and office work once RBT certified
• $17/hr for training, modules, office work, and client sessions (pre-certification)
• $150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months
