Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans created by BCBA professionals to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours with a flexible schedule, in-person work locations, and opportunities for professional development and growth within a supportive ABA-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, collect data on progress.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
