Job summary

Great Strides ABA in Texas is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children across home, school, and center settings. You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision and help track progress with timely data entry.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• RBT Certification is required.
• Preferred: 2+ years working with children.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.

• Patience, creativity, and passion for supporting the autism community.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in the 7-day & 30-day new hire check-in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
