Great Strides ABA in Houston, TX is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a compassionate, mission-driven team. You’ll implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings, helping children grow and learn in daily sessions.

Qualifications

• Participate in the 7-day & 30-day new hire check-in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
