ABS Kids in Chula Vista, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians for the 3:00pm–7:00pm shift. Our team values bilingual skills (Spanish/English) and offers premium pay for bilingual-required sessions. We provide paid on-the-job training and support for RBT certification.

No experience? No problem — we’ll train you and help you obtain the RBT certification. We also offer paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifikationen

Job Requirements

Are you bilingual in Spanish/English or another language? If so, you can earn an additional $1.00/hour (premium pay) when matched with bilingual-required client sessions.

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We are looking for Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs for our 3:00pm-7:00pm shift.

Must have availability 3:00pm-7:00pm, Monday-Friday.

You Will

• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly

You Have

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!
