• Provide 1‑on‑1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress.

• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Salary

Base salary: $18.90 – $20.65 USD per hour.
