Magnet ABA Therapy in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized programs, collect progress data, and support behavior plan development in person.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• In-person position in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
